Use of venue up to 2 hrs + any hour thereafter $35 (activities must be all on the same day)

Use of St Andys, Saltbush Sunday School, van and grounds*. Hire day starts at 7am and  must complete by/before at 10pm  the same day.

• A bond  is applicable  for larger private groups and/or celebrations to be paid with full payment by/before 4 weeks of event. (all bonds will be refunded within 48 hours after event or by arrangement). 
• What is the bond for:  to cover special cleaning requirements (removal of cigarette buds bottle tops, dog droppings), breakages outside fair wear and tear, acts of vandalism and /or removal of St Andys fixture and fittings by your guests or party.

Please note: That we reserve the right of a nominal surcharge with your celebration or event. 

All registered PSBUs and  organisations must provide a current Certificate of Currency (CoC). 

• A non refundable deposit of 20% required upon booking confirmation. 
• Full payment/s must be received by/before 4 weeks of your event into our nominated account
• All pricing is GST inclusive 

• Photography of our business and undertaking upon application only.
• You must not photograph or document any intellectual property and /or what may be commercial in confidence without the explicit permission of the proprietors.

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking.
